A Plan for National Recovery

In many ways, the United States is suffering from a disease. Divorce is rampant, topping 50%. Abortion of babies in their mommy's tummies continues unabated. The Name Jesus is increasingly ignored in the public realm. The military is bloated with money, but still we cannot establish peace in Iraq.

Truly, the year 2007 is a year of hardship for many.

Rather than continuing to offer diagnosis after diagnosis, it is time to propose a "Plan of Recovery." The following seven points should help us improve as a Nation:

1) Withdraw the troops completely from Iraq now. This is already a war without any possibility for a 'victory' in the way we Americans desire victory.

2) Crack-down on false allegations, either in the military or in civil law. If an allegation is false, then treat it as perjury.

3) Withdrawing of money from social services that destroy families, either by encouraging divorce or by encouraging abortion.

4) Federal assistance for the working poor through utility subsidies.

5) Strong protection of freedom of speech to include Religious Speech.

6) Federally-mandated random drug testing of all U.S. citizens.

7) No more pro-abortion Federal policy.

Thank you for reading this.

Blessings in Jesus,
Rob J. King
